Julie A. Ayers, RPLU, CIC, CRM, has been in the professional liability industry since 1986, and established Healthcare Liability Consultants in 1999. She previously was Vice President of Managed Care/Group Practices with an Ohio insurer where she was responsible for the majority of the large physician groups in Ohio. Julie also was actively involved in development of the company’s program for healthcare entities and managed care organizations.

Julie brings to Healthcare Liability Consultants a thorough knowledge of the professional liability marketplace and the various options and coverage available to today’s healthcare professionals. She holds a degree in Insurance and Risk Management from The Ohio State University and has earned professional designations as a Registered Professional Liability Underwriter, Certified Insurance Counselor and Certified Risk Manager. Her knowledge and experience in the industry is comprehensive and can greatly benefit clients and their healthcare practices.
